Bonajuto’s intriguing cinnamon-chocolate bars have become a popular treat owing to the choicest ingredients and to preparation methods handed down from the Aztecs, no less. Indeed, this recipe derives from the ancient Aztec brew xocòatl (whence our name for chocolate), and is enhanced with a twist of cinnamon.

Founded way back in 1880 by Francesco Bonajuto, the firm is the oldest chocolate factory in Sicily, and since then its founder’s passion and expertise has been handed down through the generations, turning what was once a modest workshop into a one of the best-known chocolatiers in the country.
